DOVER NEWS 09/23/01

When we race at the Monster Mile you know well that there is gonna be some big piles of tore up sheet metal by the end of the day. Mostly though, you just hope it's not your pile. The Monster ate the boyz up one by one, and spit them out onto the pitlane where they sat waiting for the checkers to fly. Most were glad to wave bye to the Monster.

LATEST RACE REPORTS

Several drivers were reported to have sustained minor injuries and there was some scuffles at the infield care center as the tempers flared after the race. At one point there was a lineup at the NASCAR trailer of drivers waiting to be reamed out by the Officials. When the smoke had cleared, it was Bruce who visited victory lane. Story By Fig McNewton.
